Our product offers and prices are valid while viewable on the site, so long as there is stock available.

• Delivery countries


Delivery within metropolitan France and Monaco cannot be made to university campuses, military barracks, P.O. boxes and hotels, where it is not always possible to obtain a signature.
Delivery is free within metropolitan France.
For all other countries, Corsica and French overseas départements and territories, delivery is subject to additional charges.


• Delivery time


Please allow an average of five days for delivery within France. Sundays and public holidays should be added to delivery times indicated.

Deliveries to Corsica and islands within metropolitan France may take longer than delivery times stated on the chariotderandonnee.com site. These additional delivery times are due to the particular difficulty associated with delivering to islands.


chariotderandonnee.com cannot be held liable for the consequences of any event outside its control, in particular cases of force majeure or acts by the transport company which might delay or prevent the delivery of products ordered.

When you order several products at the same time and they have different delivery times, the delivery time for the order will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

chariotderandonnee.com cannot be held liable for any consequences resulting from a transport delay.

If there is a dispatch delay, you will be advised by email. In that case, and until the product is dispatched, you may still cancel your order, since no charge is made prior to shipment.


• Reservations upon delivery


Upon delivery, the customer or consignee must be able, if so asked, to produce proof of identity.

After opening and checking the contents of the package(s), the customer undertakes to sign the delivery note presented by the transport company.

In the event of a problem, (damaged package, missing products, etc.), the customer will note the reasons for complaint very clearly on the delivery note, ask the transport company driver to sign it and keep a copy of the document.
Writing “accepted subject to unpacking” has no legal force.

Reservations must be advised to the transport company and to chariotderandonee.com by registered letter with confirmation of receipt within three days of receipt of the product.

In the event of damage, the customer should refuse delivery and indicate “refused due to damage” on the delivery note; failure to do so will render any action against the transport company impossible.

By signing the delivery note, not making any specific reservations and accepting the products, the customer acknowledges that he/she has received the goods in a completely satisfactory condition.
